Why Greece?
Greece has become a magnet for remote workers and expats drawn by its Mediterranean lifestyle, rich culture, and favorable living conditions. Yet finding authentic, affordable housing outside the tourist bubble remains challenging. Conversely, many Greek homeowners have vacant properties or extra spaces they’d love to rent out but struggle with the complexity and cost of mainstream platforms.

We're not building this to scale into a venture-backed empire. We're building it because the current model feels broken. In five years, we want Greek island villages to have active networks where neighbors know which homes are available and travelers can find authentic stays through genuine recommendations rather than algorithmic suggestions. We measure success not in monthly revenue but in: Homes successfully connected to travelers. Relationships that lead to repeat stays. Communities strengthened through meaningful hospitality.
